Preparation and Usage
Take 10-15ml. (1/3 of Cap) of Mouthwash, rinse your mouth 20-30 seconds and spit out. Then, rinse your mouth with water and brush with a toothbrush. Recommended use: Use before brushing teeth (morning and evening) and/or after drinking coffee or tea to remove dental stains, bacteria and bad breath. After use, keep a cap tightly closed. For optimal effect, use dental whitening mouthwash after other propolinse products of your preference.
