Serving Suggestion
1.Prepare Noodles according to package direction about 2 cups(175g) and set aside
2.Heat a pan over medium heat. Add 1tbsp of oil. Add shrimp or meat, shallot and tofu. Stir-fry until cooked. Push ingredient aside.
3.Add noodles and 1/2 cup of water, add 3 tbsps (36g) of Pad Thai Stir-Fried Seasoning Powder. Stir well and continue to cook until sauce is gone and noodle begin to get sticky and glossy. can drizzle water if noodle look dry
4.Add 1rtbsp of oil, crack in the egg and stir-fry quickly to scramble. Fold in chive and bean sprouts.
