Breadcrumb with egg batter recipe
1. Coat your chosen meat or vegetable in wheat flour
2. Dip your coated meat or vegetable into lightly whisked egg.
3. Fully cover your coated meat or vegetable in Lotus Bread Crumbs.
4. Deep fry in vegetable oil at 175-180˚C (347-356˚F) until golden brown. Remove from oil and leave to rest on stainer to drain excess oil before serving.

1. Mix Lotuss Tempura batter mix with cold water.
2. Dip your chosen meat or vegetable into the tempura batter mix.
3. Fully cover your coated meat or vegetable in Lotuss Bread Crumbs.
4. Deep fry in vegetable oil at 175-180˚C (347-356˚F) until golden brown. Remove from oil and leave to rest on stainer to drain excess oil before serving.
