Description

The Thai version of Yellow Curry, brought from India years ago, has been transformed into mellow, gentle and harmonious aroma which goes well with chicken, shrimp and seafood, in addition to lamb. Lots of shallot and lemon grass tone down the harsh flavour of mustard and turmeric.

(Garlic 21% , shallot 19% , vegetable oil 17% , spices (Coriander , ginger , cumin , mustard , fenugreek, turmeric ) 12% , salt 9.5% , lemongrass 7.5% , shrimp paste (Shrimp , Salt) 7% Chilli 5% Galangal 2%)

Recipe : Kaeng Ka Ree
1. Heat a skillet and add 1 cup (240ml) coconut milk together with the contents of this packet.
2. Add 250g. sliced beef or chicken and stri-fry until done. Add 1 cup (240ml) water. Bring to boil.
3. Put some potato and onion. Cook until tender.
4. Add fish sauce to taste.
Serve with cooked rice.
