Direction:
1) Use as barbeque sauce by lightly brushing the sauce with the meat or vegetables when cooked.
2) Use as soup base for Mala hotpot soup or Mala noodle base. Usage portion is about 50g of Mala sauce per 1 liter of water.
3) Use as Mala curry paste: For frying with meat, fish and vegetables eg. Mala stir fried catfish, Mala stire fried string bean or Thai stir fried basil with minced meat.
4) Use as Thai chili paste for menus such as: Tom yum soup; Stir fried clams in chili paste. Or as a delicious bread spread.
