Special Release Drip Coffee Bold ● Complex ● Natural ‘Gayo’ is an Arabica coffee varietal from the Gayo mountain range in Sumatra Island, Indonesia. It is grown under shade at 1,300 meters above sea level. The cool climate allows the coffee bean to mature slowly, creating full flavors. The hand picked coffee cherries go through the standardized semi-washed process, resulting in sweet, bold, and complex flavors. Doitung coffee is a quality product of the Doitung social enterprise, supporting communities to be self-reliant and live in harmony with nature.

1. Tear foil bag and pull out drip coffee sachet.
2. Tear sachet along the indicated arrows.
3. place sachet on the coffee cup.
4. Prepare 120ml of hot water. Slowly pour a sufficient amount to soak the coffee. Rest for 20 seconds.
5. Pour the remaining water. Rest for another 1-2 minutes before removing the sachet.
